All Saints Academy ensures that every student is well-educated, prepared for the future and is able to live life to the full This document will set out our vision for the future of the Academy and how we are going to achieve it over the next 5 years based on our four core values.  Faith, Family, Foundations and Futures.

 

Introduction

At All Saints Academy, Plymouth we are ambitious for all of our students and staff.  To this extent we take time to be clear on the strategic direction and ensure our vision turns into a reality.  Over the next five years, Academy leaders, staff and governors aim to turn All Saints into beacon of excellence in Plymouth and the South West for education, making it a great place to learn and work.  Therefore, in order to do this we will focus our efforts on the following key areas which will translate into a yearly Academy Improvement Plan:
