Parent view of homework
Homework is the provision of appropriate tasks/work that is given to students to undertake outside of the classroom in order to further enhance their learning. Homework is an essential part of the teaching and learning process and supports students’ progress. Homework is significant because it teaches responsibility and helps students develop good study habits. In addition, homework can help to reinforce learning from within lessons, stretch and challenge student’s knowledge gains and helps prepare students for their future learning. More information can be found in our homework policy. download here
Parents are also able to have a log in so that you can help students manage their home learning schedules. If you have a smartphone, you can download the App.
