Year 6-7 Transition

A welcome from the Headteacher

Thank you for taking the time to read about All Saints Academy as you consider the next steps for your son or daughter for their secondary education.  This is an exciting time for you and your family and I hope that our website will begin to give you a flavour of the community here at All Saints.

At our academy, we value each and every young person as an individual and work hard to ensure our mission for students becomes a reality.  Our mission is:

All Saints Academy ensures that every student is well-educated, prepared for the future and is able to live life to the full

Our four core values of faith, family, foundations and futures ensures that all of our students are developed during their time here at the academy, academically, socially, morally and spiritually.

When our new students join us in year 7 we take the time to really make sure they settle in and feel part of our community.  Our staff take the time to get to know all of our new students and ensure that they flourish during their time here.

I look forward to meeting you at our open events over the coming months.

Lee Sargeant

Open Events – September/October 2021

Open Evening: 27th September 2021. 5.30pm-7.30pm. Booking essential.

Open Mornings: Everyday from 28th September – 11th October. 9am-9.45am.

This year we are extremely excited to welcome prospective students and parent/carers to our academy for our Open Events. Our school has gone through huge changes over the past couple of years; now oversubscribed with a continued improvement in GCSE results, we are thrilled to offer students and parent/carers the chance to tour our fantastic school and showcase our outstanding facilities, which will soon include a multimillion pound sports hall development.

Due to the academy’s popularity and current climate, we will be holding 2 Headteacher talks at 6pm and 7pm, followed either before or after, with a tour of the school by our current pupils. We also recognise parents desires to visit our academy in the day and see our school in action. Therefore, we are also holding parent and student tours from 9am-9.45am everyday, from the 28th September – 11th October.

Due to the current Covid situation, we kindly ask you to contact the school and book a slot for your party, for both events, which are quickly filling up. To book in please contact us on either 01752 705131 or enquiries@asap.org.uk
